Responsible AI

Give your team AI they can use, without risking your data.

Your team already uses AI on donor records, client notes, and grant drafts. We make what they're already doing safe, then turn it into real time back, on your own data.

TLDR;
AI Enablement Sprint

Your whole team, your real data. Each person leaves with a working tool and a number that proves the time it saved.

  • What it is: a few short, hands-on working sessions for your team.
  • What happens: staff learn safe use, then each person builds one real tool for their own job.
  • What you get: a working tool per person, a use policy, and a measured before-and-after.

The tools are here. The value is one step away.

Your team already uses AI. Making it safe and turning it into real time saved is the part still open, let's work on this together.
AI USE

92%

of nonprofits already use AI in some form.
AI VALUE

7%

Report major gains from it. For most, the tools are in the building and the results are not.
AI Policy

76%

have no AI policy. Staff use AI on donor and client data with no guardrails.

“This is not a webinar. It's hands-on work, with your team, on your real data.”

Is this right for  your team?

A good fit if:
You're a small, mission-driven team, roughly 5 to 20 people. Your staff already lean on AI. You run on donor or client data, and you want capability that stays in-house after the work is done.
Not a fit if:
You want a one-hour webinar or a hands-off vendor. This is hands-on work, with your team, on your real data.

How it works.

Four moves, over a few short sessions. Your team leaves each one with something it can use.
Learn
Everyone starts with one shared, plain understanding of what AI is and where it helps. No jargon, no hype. The fear goes away here.
Secure
Which data goes in which tools, and how to protect donor and client information. Your team leaves with a use policy they helped write.
Build
Each person picks one repetitive task and builds a working AI process for it, on real work and safe data.
Prove
Each person shows what they built and the hours it saves. That number is yours to keep, and yours to show a board or a funder.

Fundable

Built to fit a capacity-building or staff-upskilling grant line. If your funder supports responsible AI adoption, this is a clean item to fund. We can share a short template that makes the funding request easy to send.

Why I built this for nonprofits.

Free AI courses are everywhere now. Most of them teach AI in the abstract. None of them can touch your Salesforce, your donor data, or the way your team actually works. That gap is where the risk and the wasted time live.

My work has always been about the systems mission-driven organizations run on. Twenty-five years of building and maintaining the tools nonprofits depend on. That history is the difference here. The training ties to your data and your systems, not a slide deck.

You have people already using AI on sensitive information, every day. My job is to make that use safe, and to turn it into real time your team gets back. That is a promise built on knowing your world, the data you hold and the systems you run, not just knowing the tools.

Real questions, straight answers

Isn't AI training free now?

Generic training is. It teaches AI in the abstract. It cannot work on your donor data, your Salesforce, or your team's real workflows, and that is where the risk and the time savings actually live. The Sprint is built on your systems, not a slide deck.

Do you tailor it to our tools and data?

Yes. That is the point. The sessions run on the tools your team already uses and the data you already hold. Where it helps, the work connects to your Salesforce and your systems. A generic course cannot do that, and it is the reason the Sprint produces real results.

We're not sure we're ready for AI.

Your team is likely already using it, ready or not. The Sprint meets that reality. It makes current use safe first, then turns it into results, at whatever pace fits your systems.

How much staff time does it take?

Short sessions, spread over a few weeks, scheduled around your team. A small organization cannot go offline for two days, so the Sprint does not ask it to.
