ConstructReach is a workforce development initiative founded in 2018 to open up the construction industry, connecting students with employers and building pathways into construction careers, with a focus on mentorship, leadership, and equity. In 2022 the organization launched iReach, an interview podcast hosted by founder and CEO Paul Robinson, featuring the leaders and changemakers shaping the future of the field.
By its third season, the show had found its voice, but the production and design hadn't kept pace. The cover and episode art didn't reflect where the ConstructReach brand was heading, the video felt more homegrown than the conversations deserved, and the show wasn't being cut up and distributed in the formats that actually travel on social. The founder wanted iReach to look and feel as polished as the brand it represente.
Noteworthy Lab came in at Season 3 to elevate iReach across design, production, and distribution, aligning the show with the direction of the ConstructReach brand.
We redesigned the podcast cover art and built reusable show art templates, so every episode looks consistent and on-brand without being rebuilt from scratch. We improved the production quality of the YouTube videos, giving the show a more polished presence on its most visual platform. And we created clips from every episode, turning each conversation into short, shareable pieces built to travel on social and pull new listeners back to the full show.
The work was about presentation and reach, not just output. The conversations were already strong, so our job was to make sure the packaging, the polish, and the distribution did them justice.
From Season 3 on, iReach has a cohesive visual identity that matches the ConstructReach brand, higher-quality video on YouTube, and a steady supply of social clips extending each episode well beyond the people who hit play on the full version.
The redesigned art templates and the per-episode clip workflow mean the upgrade keeps paying off: every new episode ships looking the part and arrives ready to be distributed, not just published.
